Responsibilities
Monitor and improve data infrastructure for performance and reliability
- Provide insights by creating dashboards or adhoc analysis
- Solve bugs by collaborating with other non-technical teams
We Expect You To
- SQL expertise (2+ years) with proven ability to write complex, optimized queries
- Be proactive & detail oriented
- Have understanding of digital data collection: event tracking, API integrations, and how user interactions become measurable metrics
- Have experience building and maintaining Looker dashboards or a similar tool (Power BI, Tableau)
- Have experience with cloud service providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Be familiar with code versioning control
Considered an advantage
- Experience with marketing and analytics platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo)
- E-commerce domain knowledge and understanding of core business metrics
- n8n or similar orchestration tool experience
